Our way to start 2021 !
As this pandemic goes on like there is no the end, we decided to do a Japanese theme lunch for us to start a new year.
It was simple but yummy enough to ease my craving for sushi.
•salmon roe with crispy onion flakes
•crab meat with mayonnaise
•grilled miso aubergine
•egg roll(Tamagoyaki)
•pickled ginger
I bought my ingredients from Waitrose. But I am sure you can find them at most supermarkets.
